Even though track & field is an individual sport, we emphasize the team. If the team is to succeed, I must bring my best every day. If I am to succeed, my teammates must push me every day to be my best.
Everyone has a unique potential in life. Our mission is to help our athletes reach not only their athletic potential, but their fullest human potential. We strive to coach the whole athlete, instilling values of hard work, perseverance and resiliency as well as teamwork.
We take a scientific approach to training that focuses on improving five key biomotor abilities: Strength, Speed, Coordination, Flexibility and Endurance. Everything we do is designed to make our athletes better in all of these areas.
